PRR 3570, K-2S, 1938         
Here is a photo by William V. Russell that was taken in Morris Park, New York, on 2 November 1938. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3570, a K-2S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata as K-2 number "6621" in September of 1910, rebuilt as a K-2S in October of 1912, renumbered "3570" in 1913, and retired in July of 1947 after 37 years of faithful service. Note the LIRR Hostler on the tender's deck replenishing its reservoir. "Fill 'er up, Mack!" Gary Mittner Collection.
