This looks like Highfield to me. The train is Westbound. The signals behind the engine's nose protect B&H line

Location is Highfield, Md. - 192 West on East Subdivision (Main Line) from Emory Grove - Train Order signals in background are for B&H (Hanover) Subdivision at Highfield Station.
