| Not sure why this Delmarva Central diesel was so far from its Delaware home when Mark Mautner took this color slide of it sitting in East St Louis, IL Must have been involved with some typ of upgrade but it was found back in Delaware a month later.. Originally built as Conrail GP38-2 #8207, it moved over to the Norfolk Southern roster after the CR break up as NS 5353.. Eventually it landed on the Delmarva Central roster as their #2503. |
