CNW 4-6-2 #579 - Chicago & North Western         
Built by Alco-Schenectady in April of 1912, the same month and year of the Titanic sinking, the loco originally carried the number #1579. It was renumbered in 1952 to CNW 579. No disposition date was given online for the loco. Specs - class E, 75" drivers, 185 psi boiler pressure, 25x28" cylinders, engine wt of 251,500 lb, tractive effort of 36,700 lb. No photographer was listed for the photo.
