| Here is a photo by H.W. Pontin via Rail Photo Service that was taken at the Horseshoe Curve near Altoona, Pennsylvania, in July of 1940. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #16, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during March of 1918 and retired in December of 1954 after 36 years of faithful service.
