PRR 2404, AF-24, 1965         
Oil Power. Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Chicago, Illinois, on 12 July 1965. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #2404, an AF-24 built by the American Locomotive Company in October of 1962 and rated at 2,400 horsepower. Partially visible at the right is PRR engine #7073, an EFS-17M built by GM-EMD in October of 1956 and rated at 1,750 horsepower.
