Randy Curlin General Espee re-established a helper pool at both Colfax and Truckee. This helper would head downhill to cut-in or rear added at Rocklin, Newcastle or Bowman. Helpers would push trains to Norden, but might help a heavier trains to Truckee if requested. 6/19/2020 2:36:54 AM
