AMTK 4935, GG-1, 1982         
Here is a photo of Amtrak engine #4935, a GG-1 (2-C-C-2) built in Juniata by the Pennsylvania Railroad during March of 1943, rated at 4,620 horsepower, acquired by both Penn Central and Amtrak, and presently on display at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg. In this context, it's pulling an eastbound Amtrak passenger train near Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The photographer's name and the exact date are not recorded. Henry C. Westenberger Collection.
