Sometime in August of 1975 Dad shot N&W SD35 1547, SD45 1782 & SD40 16?? leading a northbound freight detouring over the Clinchfield at Elkhorn City, Kentucky.

Ethan Button	General	my best bet for that mystery lead unit would be one the NW SD40s within the 1600-1609 range, seeing as it has no break wheel on the rear and the frame looks to be of that of an SD40	2/27/2020 9:48:24 AM
