| BNSF 4229 - BNSF 6081 northbound covered hopper empties in the new by-pass lane with BNSF 3889 - BNSF - BNSF southbound (soon to be eastbound) mixed freight back on the main lines at the background - all splitting around the semi-swimming pool turn-table just north of the 39th Street overpass... and for the record, if youre also seeing the images from this day in the Vancouver Misc Locations folder with the UP-BNSF rain-to-sun-to-deluge images, this picture was taken less than nine minutes after the drenching storm - yet youll see the puddles already disappearing... welcome to the Northwest... I hope this gives you some respect for any pictures you see of mine with standing water to grasp just how accommodating our area is to large amounts of precipitation. |
