| Steamtown ran excursions on the ex DLW for several summers in the 1990s, and they were popular. This was due to two engines available, and the route. The DLW Cut Off toward Binghamton had the attractions of Factoryville tunnel, Martins Creek Viaduct, and the prize of Nicholson Bridge, the largest reinforced concrete structure in the world, that year marking its 75th anniversary. The crowd here on the second week of operation on the Cut Off watches as the crew goes through the paces of changing ends. |
