A J General I use to watch SP pass each day. I use to live not to far from where this picture was taken. That was over 45 years ago. Oh how i use to love the Idling of those SP Trains, while they waited to use the same track as the Santa Fe which was just up the way. It brings back memories. I just love SP and the Humming that they made while waiting to use the same track as Santa Fe. 1/28/2018 11:32:57 PM
A J General Each Saturday morning, I use to hear this train going pass the yellow railhouse( the one you see in the picture here) going west bound. To this day, I wish I knew the name of that train. I can remember it being blue. It would make the chinking noise each time it crossed over the SP and Santa Fe tracks. Oh! how I loved that sound. I was about 4 or 5 Years old. I use to live on East Street near to where I could hear and see that train which I never knew the name. Each saturday, it would cross east street and it would be heading west. 1/28/2018 11:37:58 PM
