UHRX 5019
One of only two surviving RS-36 units from the Delaware & Hudson, the other being 5017 on the Delaware & Ulster, 5019 has been the star of the Upper Hudson River Railroad tourist trains for many years. Built in 1963 by Alco at Schenectady, it is currently sidelined with thin wheelsets. It is indeed a rare gem that is worthy of continued preservation.
