KCS 4023
Seeing a pair of GP38s on an intermodal is kind of unusual. KCS 4023 began life as B&M 208 and HLCX 3610 was built new for Penn Central, then to Conrail, worked for Chicago, Missouri & Western, then the Helm Lease fleet.
