According to the partial comments on the back, this loco was heading up the westbound "Royal Blue" train #27. It appears that the photographer mentions it passing the PA tower at Meade Juncition, Maryland but I can't seem to find that locaiton. Can anyone that is familiar with the area help me locate this spot? |
