Here is a 29-page article by Mr. Eric Hirsimaki entitled "Interview With Clair I. Clugh: Manager, Altoona Works (Retired)." It was published originally in the Summer 1996 issue of "Keystone" magazine, pages 14-44. This article consists of a three-way conversation between Mr. Hirsimaki, Mr. Clugh, and Mr. Eugene McIntire ~ former foreman at the Juniata Erecting & Machine Shops.
